Reeling with Anger PDF Print E-mail
Everyone knows what anger is.  But how do you express it without hurting others or hurting yourself?  Uncontrolled anger can cost you your marriage, your job, relationships, health and the respect of your children and loved ones.  If anger is starting to rule your life contact The Irish Association of Anger Management, Leinster office on 042 9351024 or Ulster office 028 9022 2633 or log onto www.difficultemotions.com to learn how you could temper your anger.

Irish Association of Anger Management are a professional organisation offering assistance to people whose anger is out of control and to those affected by the anger of others.  We run school programmes for young people and offer training to professional bodies.

They provide educational and counselling services throughout Ireland to address the issue of ‘Anger Management’. As you are aware many individuals’ lives are destroyed due to their inability to deal appropriately with their feelings of anger.  Many relationships and families are destroyed due to the hurt that is caused by uncontrolled angry and violent outbursts.
