Since Bundoran 2005, our group has conducted a survey of eight parishes (Catholic and Church of Ireland) in the Archdiocese of Armagh. This offered an outline of what is already happening and reflected current best practice in pastoral ministry. The hope is that it can be adapted to the needs of local communities, as appropriate. The group plans to inform parishes of what is seen as best practice, to encourage strategies for outreach and Welcome, and to publicise a Vision for Dialogue, Understanding and Reconciliation.
