Graduation Day 2011 PDF Print E-mail
Congratulations to the ten students from the Armagh Outreach Centre, who graduated with a Certificate in Theology and Lifelong Education. The three in the photograph are: Malachi Cush, Rhonda Loughran and Bosco McShane.

The Conferring Ceremony took place in Mater Dei Institute of Education on Friday 11th November 2011.  Each student was presented with their Certificate by the President of Dublin City University, Professor Brian MacCraith.

Both Professor MacCraith and Dr Dermot Lane (President of Mater Dei Institute) commented on how these students were making history as this was a new course as these were the first year the Institute had graduates from this course.

It was a lovely day (apart from the rain) with Mass celebrated by the Right Reverend Monsignor  Lorcan O'Brian and the Conferring Ceremony afterwards.

Well done to everyone involved.
