Monthly Newsletter of the Parish Evaluation Project PDF Print E-mail

We are delighted to be able to make available a monthly newsletter courtesy of the Parish Evaluation Project Pastoral consultants, Tom Sweetser SJ and Peg Bishop, OSF. Their ongoing involvement with parishes over more than thirty years enables them to write about parish renewal in ways that are encouraging, insightful and challenging.

We hope you enjoy their monthly newsletter and we are deeply grateful to Tom and Peg for granting us permission to publish their monthly newsletter on our website.

Thomas P. Sweetser, SJ is the founder and director of the Parish Evaluation Project. His articles have appeared in America, National Catholic Reporter, Commonweal, Chicago Studies, Today's Parish, Human Development, and Church. He is author of The Parish as Covenant: A Call to Pastoral Paetnership (Sheed and Ward, 2001).

Peg Bishop, OSF is the co-director. An expert in organizational development, she was the former director of religious education for the Diocese of Davenport, Iowa and facilitator of communication skill for Honeywell MICRO Switch Corporation.
