www.shipoffools.com/church/index.html This site was launched in the middle of 2004, and was a revolution in "Faith" presence on the web. It's a medium for bringing tougher people in a 3d online environment, and allowing them to interact. In these days of Broadband connections, the loading and running of this programme should be easy and seamless. It's a bit of fun, but is well "policed" by the designers and so should be a relatively safe place to be. I've always enjoyed a visit there, and I feel that something like this could be useful especially for those unable to get around physically. Hope you enjoy your visit to this truly "virtual" church. |
